A handful of simple rules that keep your visit safe for you and for the animals. Thank you for following them.
Entry rules
What applies here
- Enter the site only with a valid ticket and keep it with you for the whole visit.
- Entry is only possible during the zoo's opening hours.
- Children under 14 may enter only accompanied by a person over 18.
- Leaders of school and other groups are responsible for the safety of the whole group.
- Dogs are welcome at our zoo.
- Stay only in areas designated for visitors.
- Be considerate towards the animals and the site's facilities.
- Follow the instructions of the zoo staff.
What to watch out for
Not allowed
- Feeding the animals — even a well-meant treat can seriously harm them.
- Touching the animals or throwing any objects into the exhibits.
- Photography with flash.
- Smoking and any handling of fire.
- Fireworks and inflatable balloons.
- Speakers and musical instruments.
- Riding a bicycle, scooter, skateboard or skates.
- Entry under the influence of intoxicating substances.
- Noise and littering the site.
Please take the rules seriously
Breaking the visitor rules may lead to removal from the site without a refund of admission, and in serious cases the police may be called. The zoo is not liable for harm arising from breaking the rules.
