Feeding and daily care
Hay for camels and zebras, fruit for lemurs, insects for meerkats and the daily work of our keepers — all of it costs the zoo a considerable amount every single day.

Every visit and every contribution helps rescue programmes and the daily care of our animals.
Whether you send us a one-off contribution or become an adoptive parent of your favourite animal, every crown stays with the animals.

Your contributions never sit idle — they turn into full bowls, healthy animals and new exhibits.

Preventive check-ups, vaccinations and unplanned treatments. Thanks to your contributions our animals always have a vet within reach.
We're building a pavilion with 13 exhibits for lemurs, marmosets, parrots and sloths right above visitors' heads. We plan to open it fully from 1 May 2026.

We work with the Czech Society for Ornithology, protect endangered tortoises with the SACALIA association, and help save the critically endangered Siamese crocodile in Cambodia through the CCCP programme.
